Added a nexus builder!

I added a nexus builder document to the site. It also lower down will work to curate documentation. For example if you type in asthma it will generate a letter for your doctor as well as the start of a nexus statement for you.

The curated library search you could use for example enter lead and get all documents pertaining to lead, or pesticides, or munition storage.

I believe you have to have your own ChatGPT subscription to use it otherwise it would use up all my tokens. Please try it out and give me feedback!
